If you would like to enroll your child, please print off and complete the registration form and return with $30 registration fee to the Central Office (located inside the high school) at Southeast Local Schools, 9048 Dover Rd., Apple Creek. 44606
These forms are also available at the elementary buildings.

Your child is required to be four years old by August 1st to register for enrollment.
We offer two full-day programs for the 4-5 year olds on Monday, Wednesday & Friday AND Tuesday & Thursday. The all day programs will begin at 9:15 and end at 3:00. The end-time of 3:00 allows for pick-up by parents/guardians before the buses line up for the regular student dismissal. Transportation is available for those living within our district for both programs.
